Printing

Last night and this morning I did the printing. I don't yet have a feel for the inks, so it was a bit of a guess how the colours would come out. I had imagined my original design to be more tone on tone. In reality, the first pass came out more vibrant and in the second, the black mixed with the red was much stronger than I expected.

I'm still quite happy with the effect - the piece has taken on a different tone, but I guess that is part of the process. What do you think?

Above are some more photos. I need to let them for a bit. Now available in my shop here.
